The Turning Point Bowl (Spalted Norway Maple)

THE TURNING POINT

This bowl was hand turned from spalted Norway maple obtained from a homeowner in Sault Ste Marie. The black lines or salting are caused by wood decay fungi. The bowl has been treated with a food safe finish. 

• Approx 5" at its tallest, 6.5" at its widest.
• Clean with damp cloth.
• Treat periodically with a food safe oil like mineral oil.
